I was getting very overwhelmed. My husband found Mr. Foundations website so when I called I excepted the same service i had been getting but i was so wrong. They came out and examined the issues took pictures of everything that needed to be done explained everything where I could understand what was going on with the house and got us a quote the same day. From the first time I met Luke with Mr. Foundation he felt like a friend I knew forever. Very patient, answered all my questions and even helped find somewhere for us to finance the work that needed to be done. He turned an extremely overwhelming situation tens times better. I ended up having to reschedule them to come out and do the work by a couple of weeks and they were very understanding, then we had a snowstorm and work got pushed back again, but as soon as weather cleared up they were here on a Saturday and Sunday and completed the work to stabilize our home. Luke and his crew were very professional. We were able to stay in the house and could barely tell they were out there working. We do have other work that needs to be done and eventually will have it done, but they did not push it and understood that we could only do the worst of the problems for now. I will definitely be using Mr. Foundation in the future.
