DFX Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
1. Program Description
When you opt-in to the service, DFX will send you text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from DFX regarding
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Inspection confirmations
- Estimate and project updates
- Customer service communications
- Responses to your inquiries
- Job scheduling and service notifications
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with DFX. Most customers can expect to receive approximately 5–10 messages per month, although some projects may require more or fewer messages.
3. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Text HELP to receive assistance.
4. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our support team at 877-796-9788.
5. Fees and Carriers
As always, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with DFX. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your messaging plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Authorized User
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to enroll that number in the messaging program.
8. Consent Not A Condition
